Candice is a certified Level 1 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner who specializes in guiding clients to journey to their higher self or subconscious mind for insight, answers, and healing. Acting as a guide, Candice facilitates the journey for the client, allowing healing and answers to come in a way that best serves them. From curiosity questions to deep-seated subconscious traumas, clients receive what they are willing and open to receive through the QHHT process. This process takes place in a space of love and non-judgement, where clients are supported in fully exploring themselves and experiencing deep and profound life-changing healing.

 

In addition to being a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Axiatonal Alignment Therapist, Candice is also qualified to offer chakra balancing using pendulum work. She utilizes various modalities to fuel her passion for assisting others in connecting with their higher self and tapping into the vast well of knowledge that resides within each individual. Candice's dedication to humanity and ensuring access to personal power and inner knowing is evident in her work.

 

Candice holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree, with a focus on the physiological processes of the body and the interconnectedness of the mind and body in forming habits. She also studied the psychological and sociological aspects of movement and behavior, recognizing the power of the mind-body connection in shaping our reality.

 

Next, she completed her Masters in Human Kinetics with a specialization in Sport Management, Candice shifted her focus to providing accessibility to recreation for marginalized and underserved populations. Her research centered around the TPSR (Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility) sport model, which involved granting access to recreation and leisure activities for marginalized youth. She also contributed to drafting municipal policies to improve access to recreation and leisure.

 

Her Karuna Wellness services are currently based in Bancroft, Ontario.
