After your QHHT session, and after listening to your audio recording on your own, you may want to set aside time to reflect and integrate the experience and the healing you are still deriving from the session. This post QHHT session integration provides you with a safe, sacred space to explore ideas, concepts, and questions you have after your session. You are encouraged to bring questions, journal, and a pen as we explore and expand your healing. Also available online.
